Joshua Greer is an entrepreneur, inventor and philanthropist who has helped transformed numerous industries, including entertainment, advertising, and, more recently, health sciences.

As President and Co-Founder of RealD, Greer positioned RealD to quickly become the gold standard for 3D in cinemas worldwide.  Greer led the charge to engage filmmakers including James Cameron, Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese to adopt the medium.

Following the successful IPO of RealD, Greer became involved in a number of charitable organizations and causes, specifically in the areas of Israel-Diaspora relations, Crohn’s and IBD research, and personalized medicine. He has also been a “coach” and advocate for young people affected by Crohn’s disease, a disease which he has had since the age of 12.

Prior to his work at RealD, Greer was Co-Founder and Chief Convergence Officer of Walden Media, where he was involved in the development of such films as The Chronicles of Narnia, Holes, and Charlotte’s Web, as well as James Cameron's’ 3D documentaries Ghosts of the Abyss and Aliens of the Deep

Dr. Broberg-Carter is a former emergency room doctor turned film composer/producer/music editor. She serves as a judge for six film festivals throughout Europe and the USA. She is a long-time member ofthe patron's circle at the Sundance Film Festival.

Jan studied Film, Film Music, and Psychology at Dartmouth and earned her Master's Degree in Psychology there, later she earned a degree in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University. Later she furthered her studies at Oxford University, where she focused on Music Composition and Conducting.

Jan has composed scores for 23 movies including documentary scores for The Battle of Algiers II, Menkes Disease: Finding Help & Hope, Little Voice: Sweet Ambition, Swift Justice, and Haiti: Small Miracles.
